Lovely to have a glass of beer here after a walk and with the canal over the road, the prospect of having a free (donation) trip on the WaterWitch (spelling?) is a nice thing to do.
We have walked from your 'dead end' right up to Kendal .. it is well worth doing and to see canal bridges in the middle of fields is amazing. Photos of our walks are at www.facebook.com/ourwalks |
